How do I shop on Quest Component’s web site?

Using the Quest Components web site

Simply search for the parts you need with the search box on top of the page, add the quantity of the items you need to your shopping cart, check out the items in your shopping cart and you are done!

Can I order by phone?

Absolutely yes! If you would prefer to place your order by phone, please call one of our representatives toll free at 1-800-445-4720

Is there a minimum order?

We have a minimum order amount of $25.00 and a minimum line item total of $5.00

What payment options are available?

  • Accepted Credit Cards
  • PayPal

    We accept PayPal payments for online and offline (phone or email orders) orders. This also includes PayPal Credit.

  • C.O.D.

    If you would rather not pay by credit card we offer COD terms for orders shipping to destinations in the United States. This is unavailable for any orders shipping outside of the US. Please note, you will have to be present when the package arrives to issue the COD payment to the courier or the package will not be dropped off.

  • Net Account

    We offer net terms for repeat customers who have good credit. This applies to orders placed on our website as well as by phone, fax or email. This is offered on a customer by customer basis.   • Wire Transfer/ACH Payments

How do I check, track, modify, or cancel my order?

  • Checking an Order

    We want to make sure you order and get the correct items. Therefore we provide you with three opportunities to check your order.

    • Before you check out, you select the items you wish from your cart.
    • When you go to the checkout your cart will be displayed.
    • The evening of placing your order, an email will be sent to you with a complete summary of your order.
  • Tracking Shipping Status

    When your order is shipped you will be sent an e-mail to let you know the order is on its way. In the body of the email, there will be the tracking number from the carrier for your package. If you click on the tracker number, it is a link to the carriers site with tracking information for your order. If for any reason you do not receive this e-mail please feel free to call us Toll Free at 1-800-445-4720 to check on your order. In addition, you can log into your account at any time to view the status of your order(s) as they are being processed.

    NOTE: Your tracking results may not be available for up to 24hrs.
